Current Initiatives Seeking Support
Every initiative begins with collaboration. Whether you contribute funding, expertise, partnerships, or advocacy, your support helps create meaningful opportunities for children with multiple disabilities, deafblindness, and their families.
1. Launch a Transition House
Help establish a transition learning environment where children and young adults with multiple disabilities can develop greater independence, practical life skills, and meaningful participation in their communities.
2. Sign Language & Communication Training for Families
Support practical training for parents and caregivers of children with deafblindness, including sign language and other communication strategies that strengthen everyday connection and learning at home.
3. Educational Videos for Families and Educators
Help us create short, practical learning videos that share evidence-informed strategies for communication, daily living skills, learning, and inclusion for parents, teachers, and caregivers.
4. Inclusive Livelihood Pilot Program
Support a pilot initiative that helps eight participants develop vocational skills and small business opportunities, promoting greater independence and sustainable livelihoods.
5. Webinars and Professional Learning
Make expert knowledge more accessible by supporting webinars, workshops, and online learning opportunities for families, educators, and practitioners across Indonesia.
6. Practical Resources and Publications
Support the development of guides, toolkits, and educational materials that empower families, educators, and professionals with practical, evidence-informed resources.

Share your expertise as a trainer, mentor, speaker, advisor, or collaborator. We welcome professionals, organizations, schools, universities, and community partners who want to contribute their knowledge and experience to MIPI’s mission.
